The Inside Sales agent will prospect and obtain new clients on a daily basis using various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by Southern. Agent will assist in cultivating leads, qualifying leads per company standard, setting appointments, and tracking any and all communications in our customer relationship management system. Position objectives are reached through these responsibilities, but are not limited to them:
• Obtain necessary information from buyer/seller leads.
• Communicate and build rapport effectively with clients, agents, and supervisors.
• Weekly and monthly reporting.
• Basic understanding of computers and learning database systems.
• Work in an organized and systematic matter.
